Sensory Haven

Please make a note of the following information:

You can book the sensory room for private use for 1 hour, all bookings include access to our sensory garden play area aswell as our sensory room. For activity session bookings, please reach out to us through Facebook, Instagram, or call us at 07481 550366.

The sensory room can accommodate a maximum of 4 people at a time, which includes parents, carers, or guardians. 
We understand that there are several families who would like to attend who have more than 4 people or with carers this would increase the number further, we can certainly accommodate this however it would need to be booked in manually through email, messenger or phone so that we can book this in avoiding activity sessions. 

While the sensory room is for private bookings, there may be other visitors in the building if an activity session is running in the activity hub,  If you need exclusive use of due to specific support needs, please inform us prior to booking.  

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate one wheelchair user at a time for sensory room bookings. If there are multiple wheelchair users, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

A portable hoist is available, although it cannot be used in the ball pool. If you require the hoist, please mention it during your booking and bring your own sling.

Please note that we have a toilet on site, but it is not a disabled toilet.

At Sensory Haven, we understand the challenges of finding suitable venues for individuals with special needs. There may be instances when our children are on-site during your sensory room session or an activity session is running alongside your booking . Rest assured that your session will remain private.

We accept payment through cash or through our SumUp payment link/ Scanning our QR code (debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay)
